In order to give you the best results possible furniture cleaning, your couch, loveseat, chair, ottoman, or sectional will be thoroughly evaluated by your Hudson Rug technician. The technician will determine the best cleaning method required for your furniture, after inspecting the condition of the fabric. The technician will focus on areas of dry rot, spotting, stains and the overall soil level in the fabric. Next, the fabric will be checked for possible shrinkage, color running and/or color bleeding.

At this time, the technician will inform you of the price to clean your furniture.

Prior to cleaning, all furniture will be pretreated, then either steam cleaned with our hot water extraction method or your furniture may require the Dry Foam method. The Dry Foam method consists of a machine which produces foam and, using a cylinder-shaped brush, applies the foam, agitating it deep into the fibers of the fabric. The foam is then extracted using the machine’s vacuum system. Fabric protector may then be applied.

The amount of time needed for your furniture to be completely dry will vary depending on the cleaning method used and the humidity levels in the room. The Dry Foam method has a faster drying time as compared to the steam-cleaning method.

Hudson Rug also professionally cleans your fine leather furniture using products that have been developed specifically to clean, condition and protect your furniture.
